Very lovely place, indeed. As for only regional level very progressive. A bit even reminded me Tiger Art at Buenos Aires, but more like Tate Modern in London.

Gorgeous building in a green calm square of this surprisingly beautiful city. Building is full of great architectural details and european influences of XIX C and a fabulous modern eclectic yet fascinating exhibits. A fairly relax atmosphere.

The focus here is on temporary exhibitions. If they have a permanent collection, none of it was on display. Interesting building. The gift shop focuses on books. The cafeteria looked good but we didn't try it out.
