Extremely unfortunate experience. I accidentally booked a room for the wrong date (Booked for the 27th on the 28th) and immediately called the hotel to get it fixed. At first they were very courteous though they couldn’t solve my problem as the reservation wasn’t showing on their system. I contacted them by phone later that day to once again try to solve it and once again they couldn’t find the reservation to fix it. I decided it was better to go there in person and was completely disappointed with how bad their customer service is and how poorly their staff is trained. When I got there I explained the situation and they said there was nothing they could do since the reservation was expired. The person then went on with the explanation claiming they tried to contact me to fix it but they couldn’t (since I do not live in Brazil and do not have an active phone number though they had my e-mail address) so they simply altered the date without me asking for it nor having my explicit consent and didn’t inform me. My money is now in the garbage and they don’t move a finger to try to help me. Carolina gave me a strong attitude and decided it was better to argue with me in the middle of the lobby about whose fault it was rather than solve the situation they caused by changing my reservation and barely even trying to get in touch with me. Truly unbelievable!!

Classic business hotel, recommended only for short trips.
Friendly staff. Very good breakfast buffet. Dinner was nice as well. The hotel is walking distance to a public gym, restaurants, supermarket, and mall.
Well located in a quiet street in a nice neighbourhood. Rooms are small but comfortable, staff was very helpful and there are taxis just outside most of the time.
