Funke:Rated the best hotel in the world in 2018, the Four Seasons Resort Bali is set on in a jungle-like setting. You sleep listening to the peaceful river which cuts across the property. The service here is impeccable. Ensure to book a villa with a pool along the river.

Funke:Spend a few days here when you're in the south of Bali. Visit the beach restaurants a few moments away from the hotel to try some great seafood.

Funke:Visit this waterfall early in the morning to avoid the crowds (I would advise an 8am visit). Get a driver to drive you there and take some beautiful honeymoon shots of you and your partner.

Funke:I booked a one-on-one session cleaning and feeding an elephant and it was one of the most surreal experiences I have to date. Its incredible to be this close to one of the worlds most amazing creatures.

Funke:This is a perfect location to catch the sunset, whilst enjoying great music and trying good food. The vibe here is really buzzing. Make sure to get there before 5pm to secure a great cabana for a perfect view of the sunset.

Funke:Ask for a table with a view of the river. The food here is delicious and the service is great. This for me was where I had one of my best meals in Bali

Funke:This is such a beautiful island to visit. Take a one-day tour if you are tight for time. I would suggest a 2 day visit if you have the time and do not want to feel rushed.

Funke:Visit to learn how the popular balinese fabric is made. The site is also home to a well stocked fabric shop where you can make purchases. The prices of the items here are cheaper than at the airport.

Funke:They have great meal deals for a combination of seafood. The food here is great and the environment is relaxing. I loved sitting on the beach and watching the waves crash whilst enjoying my meal.
