Best chicken and rice you can get ANYWHERE! The chicken, so moist. The rice, perfect flavor like I'm eating in Malaysia. The staff are so friendly they will do anything you ask. Great sized meals for everyone. Bring the kids along the will love it too. Street parking, very close to Public transportation. Good for groups or eating alone.

I ordered the Penang Style CKT extra spicy with extra wok hei and another Teh Tarik Ice. The Teh Tarik at Tak Chee House was definitely one of the best Teh Tarik's I've had, only slightly sweet and the Tea had a roasted quality to it that I can't quite put my finger on, but full of rich tea flavour! The CKT came out, and just as I hoped was a small to medium size server (as I wasn't feeling like a big server like you get at some places). There were no extras in this CKT like blood cockles, razor clams, duck egg or pork lard, but the flavour, spice level and quality of the cook shone through and made it an amazing CKT experience. If you're ever in Perth and are a fan of your CKT, I'd definitely suggest stopping here.
