Well, it's fairly simple; you don't get to be an icon, with continued longevity and success through good times and bad without having a great product. Here is an example for everyone to follow; it is consistent, it is high-quality, it is an incredible location and it is good value considering all of the above. I won't hear anyone say about expense because there is nothing you can get of quality, freshness, beautifully handled cuisine, especially in the seafood game that is a "cheap" premium product. It's delivered so well, what an amazing credit to the team and the owners. This restaurant will probably be here when most of us aren't because they have the formula right. Some classic dishes always available with elegant consistency of flavour and quality, sometimes simple fair like the snapper chowder. The fish is fresh and honestly presented with incredible flavour and a great balance of accompanying sides sources and garnishes. Even the steak (not sure why I'm saying even) is immaculate. It can't go wrong, well done!!

We visited this restaurant for a lovely early dinner overlooking the water. We were seated right on time and our server was not only helpful with suggestions, but also hilarious and friendly. The 4 of us ordered entrees, mains, and cocktails - all of which came out timely and tasted delicious. My in-laws couldn't stop talking about their calamari and my spaghetti bolognaise was so massive I had to take it home. Will I return? Gladly! The views, atmosphere, and food are worth it every time. Should you visit? As soon as possible. It feels like a family restaurant with high standards for their food and service.

Disappointed. Firstly we were met by someone who seemed disinterested. Next our waiter was also lacking - for example, only poured water once, not refilled. Meals were average. The seafood platter at $92 was poor. Hot & cold food was squashed onto a plate that appeared too small. Too much freah fruit. Our non-seafood eater's Steak Diane was also poor. The steak piees were too thin; sauce was overpowered with Worsteshire sauce. Have eaten here before but after this occasion we will have to reconsider. Thankfully we were with fun friends.

We arrive at the restaurant at 830pm When we walked in we were greated by an older gentleman who told us that if we want to eat here, we have to order immediately, I thought this was a little weird and rude, considering it was friday night. But we sat anyway, we ordered garlic bread, pay per slice....god knows why, its garlic bread. Then we ordered an entree calamari as main, and the australian snapper. For some reason the calamari came out with what tasted like oyster sauce mixed with tomato sauce (which is a horrible mix) and the snapper came out with chips, the chips were EXTREMELY hot and had no taste at all, kind of felt like they were microwaved, my partner and I burnt our mouths on them. The tartare sauce tasted like it had mint in it. For a 5 star restaurant I was expecting alot more and for the price I definitely expected alot more. Not only this, but when I paid for the food after eating the waitress was rude again to us, not sure why, and then she was waiting for me to leave them a tip on the epftpos machine. 1 it is australia and we dont tip, and even if we did tip I would be asking for my money back. Extremely disappointing, will not be going back and I suggest others stay away and go and find a much better restaurant. I used to frequent the Omeros Brothers in Brisbane years ago, it doesnt even register as a comparison to their previous restaurant. The things I could not get past was the tastless and extremely hot chips they served and the oyster sauce mixed with tomato sauce. Anyone who would think that would be a good combination of sauces is insane. It was disgusting to smell or eat

My wife and I had a wonderful meal at Omeros Bros. We have been there a few times and it’s becoming one of our favourite places to dine when we have a special occasion or achieve a milestone. It is by far the best for quality on the coast and a must for fine diners. The cocktail bar is an excellent way to finish the night. With very friendly staff who are very attentive, we can not recommend it highly enough.
