Mary's has a gothic and cool style for its restaurants in Sydney. They come up with a young spirit in Newtown as the target audience loves high volume music. The taste of burgers are above the average and they are all served with fries. However, the menu has the lack of diversity such as not including egg in their burger options. Besides, the portion of burger may disappoint due to its price. The speed of their service is a bit unsatisfactory due to the high volume of demand. Yet, they could hire more staff to deal with the number of people inside the restaurant. Overall, it is a good experience to give it a try and have delicious burgers. To be honest, taste is great but service and price are not. Still deserves 4-stars.

Love the burger. The patty is perfectly juicy and not all dry. Great atmosphere, service was a bit meh, hence the 4 not a 5. Definitely worth coming back again and again

Really good burger (I had the Australian) and really good chips/fries. Although the tattooed staff looks intimidating in this dark-themed venue, he was very friendly and helpful. I got there right after opening on a weekday, and there were only a few people in there, but the loud music made ordering a challenge. Had to tell everything. I'll still be back for more!

Great burgers, few good local beers on tap. Friendly staff. Dark and dingy grunge pub vibe, not a massive fan of that personally but its super popular. Definitely worth checking out!
