So much fun, we spent 7 hours here! My Mum and I just watched my daughters on the rides but we still weren't bored. The girls had heaps of fun. The pricing was less than I had expected. And the food was actually reasonably priced, so the whole day was less expensive than I would have thought. Definitely give it a go.
Went there about an hour before they closed, but still had a good time. There are lockers available for hire to put items in if you're going on rides yourself. Because I got there late, I only managed to go on the scenic rail, which also happened to be my first time on a rollercoaster. This is a good first try one because of the views, and the history behind it (it's over 100 years old.) The gift shop also has some good items in it.
Had a great day with my niece. Even though the park is 100 years old, it's well maintained. The staff are friendly and energetic (other than a few grumpy ones). I haven't been here for almost a decade; there is nothing new though. Can improve the service and facility by adding new rides/exhibits.
30 min to get in, 50 min to get on a ride. Left holding nonrefundable ride tickets. You would to be willing to spend over 5 hr in line up to make the unlimited day pass worthwhile. Cured the kids of ever wanting to come back....
It's a historic theme park so I hoped to do the historic rollercoster but it was closed, as were a lot of other rides, and others were on only half the time. Only upside was there were no queues! Advise checking what's open before you go.
