Best butcher in Sydney. Hidden in an industrial estate, it feels like a treasure hunt finding the place, but when you do, you'll find mountains of treasures! Staff are knowledgeable and passionate. Definitely take the time to chat with them about the cuts, even if you already know what you want. I hear rumours that they are opening a new store somewhere else in Sydney. I'm praying it's closer to where I live! Their book "The Ethical Omnivore" is a must read.

Great quality meat with a good selection, however very disappointed they're not accepting cash anymore only fueling and feeding into a new cashless society. Very very disappointed guys

Got lamb chops last week. The quality of meat was amazing. I haven’t found such good quality meat anywhere in Sydney.. F&B please open a store in Sydney West....
