Their service is absolutely amazing and goes beyond expectation! We will definitely use them again when we come here next time. The only bad review we could find was a 1 star without any explanation as to why they had been given this rating. Looks like a competitor trying to make them look bad. My advice: ignore it and order with confidence that you will get great equipment and service at a reasonable price. We hired two bikes and a child trailer for our 3 year old. The process was simple, prompt and effortless. We ordered the equipment fairly late the day before. Adam personally delivered the equipment to the flat early the next morning after taking credit card payment over the phone. The equipment was clean, in good repair and looked quite new. We were not quite sure what the process would be if we had a puncture but Adam told us that these bikes just don't seem to get punctures because of the size of tyre and if it did happen, to ring him up and he would come and meet us and sort things out. Lastly, we made a last minute decision, again the night before, that we would really like to cycle to BSKT Cafe and have the bikes picked up from there. No problem, Adam and Melissa met us there to pick up the bikes. They are lovely people doing their best to give exceptional service and succeeding! Thank you Adam and Melissa!!

We had a great experience with Adam and Mel this Easter. I booked two stand up paddle boards and Adam sent me an immediate confirmation by text with easy instructions where to meet him. My daughters and I had a great time on the boards in Tallebudgera creek and I can only recommend him and his business highly. A lovely couple and their prices were very reasonable.

Couldn’t be happier. I was looking for a fish or a thruster with decent volume and I didn’t have a car so the Action team drove three boards out to me and I got to choose. Board ripped, and such nice people!! Thanks again.
