Great view and Art Deco ambiance. Drinks are fine. Not international level good, but way above the average. That said, you are not visiting this venue for food or drinks, but because is on top of one of the most remarkable buildings in BA. Do not miss the chance to spend the night here.

Perching on the top of Palacio Barolo, Salon 1923 offers what has to be one of Buenos Aires' best views. From the café's balcony you can see across Plaza de Congreso towards the Congreso and all the way down Avenida de Mayo through to Casa Rosada. The venue offers special themed evenings (tango, jazz). The food is average and what most locals resent is the fact unlike a normal café, you can't just walk in and order from the menu as you please- you have to pay for an entry ticket (quite expensive) which entitles you to a small assortment of fixed meals. In summary, the views make the visit worthwhile but don't expect to have a sublime dining experience here.

Es un lugar pequeño pero hermoso. Impacta la terraza con la vista a la ciudad de Baires. Sin duda un lugar para visitar.

Muy buena experiencia para desayuno en el Palacio Barolo. Todo riquísimo y muy bien servido. Impecable atención con los mozos vestidos de época. Lindo detalle la violinista que ameniza el desayuno. La vista espectacular, se ve toda la ciudad.
