Wow, what a great find. I love the modern industrial fit out and I also loved the fusion of a cafe and bar with craft beer. I had a Latte and it was perfect, I also had avocado on toast with smoked salmon and fried egg. I was very happy for what I got for 490 pesos. The staff were very friendly. Great place. Thanks guys.
It is really uncommon to find a place where two rare skills, coffee roasting and beer brewing, are available and customers can enjoy together. Well "Padre Coffee Roaster" is exactly that place. The place looks like many other trendy restaurants in Palermo Soho fashion neighborhood, high tables, brick walls and soft lighting... but everything changes when you try a real Italian cappuccino or an IPA craft beer. I'm sure you'll enjoy being at the point where two worlds meet; go to "Padre Coffee Roaster" and witness this by yourself.
Although pretentious, if you are looking for a place to get some work done, this one is OK, with a nice communal table. Staff is sometimes welcoming, sometimes not very friendly. I'd recommend sticking only to its coffee since the food I have tried so far was expensive and subpar: uninspiring yogurt with granola, frozen muffins, tasteless croissants...
Good service and atmosphere, ok coffee and breakfast. Columbian coffee is not very good. Looked like a happening happy hour spot though.
the coffee here is sublime, take an Irish coffee, it was perfect! and sitting at the bar to enjoy seeing how all the coffee was prepared, it was great! the treatment here is very cordial and good vibes. I did not leave the premises and I want to go back!
