Great museum and a really good collection that gives an overview on “Latin American” artists. Good information that should help visitors to learn a bit about art history (and not only for Latin America) and the presented artists. Well sorted book shop. Loved the MALBA. – my favorite works of art:

This place is fantastic. A quick tip is that it’s free for students every Wednesday! I also visited the national museum and must admit that I liked the larger amount of pictures. The pool and other creations at MALBA did evoke something in me but the lack of more is why I’m only giving it 4 stars. The visit did already end 45 minutes to 1 hours after we arrived at the place. I live to spent hours watching different art but this was not possible. So visit the place at a Wednesday if you’re a student!

It's a great museum! It's a place worth it to visit. Expect to expend aroun 2:30h there, but it will be a very good time. The entrance fee is not expensive. The museum is accessible and have English transcription for all the arts.

Nice sampling of the different movements of Latin art, so it felt like enough variety. Also had lots of fun illusions and moving art, might've been a temporary exhibit but it was a lot of fun. The museum's not too big, so it's a nice thing to do without taking up all afternoon.

The museum is great (even the building) and the exhibits are very appealing. The museum offers discounted rates on Wednesdays and they have a nice cafe on premises with good wifi too. I did notice that some of the pieces are not guarded well and saw museum goers touching the paintings and hanging from some of the pieces. The workers aren't overly friendly and seem to just be going through the motions, not very information or welcoming. Good museum!
