Self-service booth doesn't always work as advertised. Prices are through the roof compared to other cinemas. Ridiculously higher prices at in-person front desk than online for their own advertised promotions such as Membership Cards and 2x1 tickets. On a similar note, their phone app doesn't work correctly, e.g. it prompts for some mandatory info/fields, then it wouldn't let you update those very fields; the selected scheduled show disappears from the app 30 minutes prior to its start time, so if you are in the middle of the buying transaction (say 35 minutes before the movie starts) you realized that all of a sudden you are left out!!!
