Absolutely excellent view, service and quality. The only negative we had was the check in process. They are very specific about how many people are in the rooms. Haven’t had that issue before. But if you are with more than one person, make sure to make your reservation with more than one. They will charge you extra if you don’t... Other than that, enjoy the spa, take in the beautiful rooms with excellent beds, bathroom showers and mood lighting. Will be visiting again for sure on my next Tirana visit. Enjoy

The staff was so nice and helpful... They went out of the way to arrange food for me basis my requirement. They actually baked an almond bread for me. Best place to stay!!! Thank you to the staff!!!!

We haven’t stayed at the plaza, but we did rent a car from the agency (Drive) situated at the reception of the hotel. You would think that a honorable hotel like the Plaza works with a trustworthy car rental agency, but that is far from the reality. Even if you ignore the fact that the car was in a poor state, caution indications every time you start it, lack of air pressure, all four wheel caps attached with tie-wraps, no fuel at all and so on, when you want to bring the car back you will find out that there is no agency at the airport, only a guy waiting for you at the back of a parking lot of the airport, that is when the business is getting really sketchy. In addition to the payment of the car, the representative of the car rental will demand an additional payment for cleaning the car and for the wheel cap that just flew off while driving on the highway, although we had a full cover insurance. The amount in demand, of course, is not in the contract whatsoever. The amazing thing is that when we refuse to pay the representative cash, he threatened us to file a complaint at the airport police which will detain us for a couple of hours so we could miss our flight.
